Refund Policy

1. Overview

All payments made to Continuvo Ventures (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for access to the Case Interview Pro platform, coaching services, digital materials, or any other product or service are final and non-refundable. This Refund Policy applies to all customers regardless of location.

By purchasing any service or product from us, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service.
  • Inability to achieve a desired outcome, such as a job offer or interview invitation.
  • Missed or cancelled coaching sessions.
  • Technical issues on your end affecting your use of the platform.
  • Non-utilisation of purchased subscription time or credits.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

To be perfectly clear: we do not offer refunds of any amount paid to us under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation:

  • Subscription fees for monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
  • Fees for individual coaching sessions, coaching packages, or strategy calls.
  • Payments for digital products, guides, or downloadable materials.
  • Any other fees paid for access to the platform or its features.

All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or credit, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds for past payments, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the paid features through the remainder of your billing period, but no portion of the fee will be refunded.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred in the billing of your account, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@caseinterviewpro.com. We will review legitimate billing errors promptly. This is not a refund mechanism but a process to correct genuine mistakes in billing.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, your access to the Service may be immediately suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and to pursue recovery of any amounts wrongfully charged back, including any associated fees.

6. Exceptions

The only circumstance in which we may issue a refund is if we have made a clear and demonstrable error in billing you for a service you did not order. Even in such cases, refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not an admission of liability or a waiver of this policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
